Does anyone else have sudden pain in the pelvic floor area.

I do hip Stretches before rising from bed. Then also I have to ice packs n sometimes ice n heat every 15mins to calm the pain. But for the most the stretches help before rising from bed.

OMG really this is so new for me Its exciting in a weird way LOL just to fond out that someone has the same pain you do makes me feel better I thought at times it was all in my head and it wasnt related. I have also had pain in my hips to. At times I cant lie on either one of my hips after 10 or 15 minutes it will start to hurt just from the pressure of lying on them.

I have this issue also, I haven't found a way to relieve it and then my hip bones hurt also.

2 years ago when this first started I got tightening in my pelvic floor and area I even thought that the pressure was from a bladder infection I even went to the doctors to make sure. Everything was ok it still happens all the time, Its graduated to spasms and I can feel it go so tight and then release it will do that for an hour or two some days are worse then others.
