Hand & feet cramps are very common with fibro & I hate them too. As others suggested above- muscle relaxers & heat do help!

Have doc rule out arthritis

i take muscle relaxers that help some and I take one very night before bed to help with restless legs

I get a Achy arms and thumb twitches (actually the palm below my thumb)) when my upper back/neck flares

When I hold my phone my hand cramps up. I have a lot of problems with my thumbs too!!!! Then the pain circulates down my arm...I figured it's arthritis and fibro ?? My back hurts all over ....I'm in pain today but a little better then when I first woke up! I see my doctor today ...I can't imagine I'll hear anything new
