Members shared their experiences with hemp oil, CBD oil, and medical marijuana for fibromyalgia, with many reporting significant relief from pain, migraines, anxiety, and sleep issues, though results varied depending on the product and dosage used. Several members described CBD oil as particularly helpful for reducing migraines and menstrual cramps, while others noted that products containing THC (where legal) provided better pain relief than CBD alone, and that different strains target different symptoms like pain versus sleep. A recurring theme was navigating the complex legal landscape, with members in non-legal states expressing frustration about limited access while those in legal states encouraged asking questions about strains and experimenting with forms like edibles, topicals, and oils to find what works best.

Hemp oil is high in essential fatty acids so getting more of it in your diet may help. You may also consider CBD oil. It is made from hemp so LEGAL in all 50 states. It has all but completely cured my migraines and menstrual cramps. When I first started taking it I noticed a big difference with my Fibro pain. Unfortunately, I'm experience a lot of pain now but still migraine free. I am going to increase my milligrams to see if it will help.

Yes it does work.. so does edibles... smoking and I hear good things about Topicals. Haven't tried Topical yet. I live in Oregon where Recreational and Medical are legal... Remember to ask questions.. certain strains work better then some depending what you are targeting.. pain... nausea.. sleep. I don't know if this helps. I hope you feel better soon.
