Yep my elbows are weak, that weak I'm unable to carry even my handbag. From then on my wrists presented exactly the same deterioration. Sadly my knuckles have followed.

Oh yes its a real awful pain. It has nearly had me in tears more than once. I find gently massage it with some moisturising cream helps. I hope this is off some use. Gentle hugs to you

Both elbows for me. Started just over a month ago and has continuously worsened. Extending to even reach for the radio knob in the car causes dreadful pain. Lifting anything hurts. Even if it’s only a couple pounds. I wake up in the middle of the night with pain. I was diagnosed over 10 years ago with FM. I’m in a full blown flare up right now. Severe upper back muscle spasms since last October. Non stop pain. I have had severe anxiety for about 4 years now. I think it’s catching up to me physically and mentally. Im at my wits end.

I do. It's awful. Both elbows hurt so bad all day every day. FM is so frustrating!

Yes I began with that additional condition around 5 months ago but from that it presented in my wrists & my knuckles. I wear simple supports & don't carry heavy items,as for my knuckles I'm yet to completely find its triggers. Keep your joints warm and manipulate , I do this in with my fitness routine.
