Yes, my left shoulder hurts a lot. But so does my back and hips

I'm just wondering now after reading ur answers,if its fibro in the base of my spine,I have 3 bulging discs which I've had 4 10 years, but the past couple of years my meds don't get rid of the pain, n its a different from the usual,

My fibro pain started in my lower back hips and left shoulder, now in elbows, wrists, shoulder blades, knees and pelvic bone!

Almost always, if my cervical spine arm and shoulders stop hurting then my lower back pelvis and legs flare up, if the pain associated with my spine stops then all my nerve endings flare in my legs and arms. I have been caught in this pain cycle forever. Hugs

I used to, but now it's back, hips, knees and ankles too. I was only diagnosed in April 2016 and my letter says mainly affecting upper limbs x
