Well there are all kinds of them. Due to multiple surgeries if I fall I can't get up unless I have something to help me, like a chair. I usually am stiff and can't reach the floor easily. I had my tub/shower combo removed and put in a walk in shower which helps as I won't be worried trying to get in and out of a tub. I can pretty well take care of myself but I know how to work and then rest and repeat. I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for but am I headed in the right direction.

Yes, I have a clinical license, relevant medical certifications and many years of healthcare experience. Thankfully, I'm able to stay employed because I'm able to work from home. Once my 8hrs are over however, I sheepishly hit the bed. I'm very much struggling with truly living right now.
