I don't use tanning beds but I do know the only time my pain dies down is when I'm sunbathing in a nice hot country
In the summer I find laying in the sun does help me with my pain as long as I'm out in it but as soon as I go in the house my pain comes back. I don't know if it would be the same with a tanning bed because it is a deeper heat.
Ignore they av nothing better with their time I luv this site it realy helps when u ask a question an u realise ur not alone but u always get one xx
Some people are so sad! I think whoever reported you may have thought you were using the site to advertise the sunbeds as you were quite specific about prices etc. I gotta admit I thought that at first but then I re-read it and realised you weren't so I replied but it wouldn't have bothered me even if you were. I have used sunbeds at least once a fortnight if i can for years. It doesn't help ease the physical symptoms of fibro like pain and exhaunting or anything like that but it does give you a little lift and help you relax a bit. It does wonders for skin problems like acne but the downside is because you have a sun tan people say you look great even though you feel like you are dying inside so it is even harder to convince people that you really are suffering from fibro. Hope this helps.x
