Members strongly related to the question about constant dull pain in hips and shoulders, with many describing deep, bone-crushing aches in their thighs, hips, upper arms, and hands that severely disrupt sleep and leave them tossing and turning throughout the night. Several members shared practical remedies that have brought them relief, including slow-release magnesium tablets to ease nighttime aches, Cymbalta for neuropathy, Salonpas stick-on pads, heat therapy, and topical creams combined with meditation. A recurring theme was the frustration of living with unrelenting pain that makes even rest feel impossible, alongside concerns about finding safe and effective pain management options as access to certain medications becomes more restricted.

Yes, I have that kind of pain constantly. If it went away I think I would float like a balloon.

I'm not sure if if it's nation wide or state by state but laws have changed here in Pennsylvania addictive pain meds are not being prescribed as they once were. I just made an appointment with pain management and the first thing she told me was that they do not offer opioid meds.
