Hi Tiffanie:

I do experience those symptoms and was also diagnosed with Restless Leg Syndrome. I rub Voltaren Gel on my legs at night because of the pain and it usually takes the edge off. Try BioFlex as well and rub it on your legs; perhaps this will, at least, get you through the night. Fell better!

Wow! So many ways to have leg and other discomforts. I've had cramping in my legs..all cramps are bad because it's so hard to stand up. My cramps are not caused by whatever is giving you cramps, spasms, or seizure like movements.

On the off chance that you might be taking omeprazole (nexium) for GERD, this is what happens to me. I'm lucky I can say they happen just a few times a year. The omeprazole causes your body to leak out magnesium. My former PCP suggested a magnesium supplement for a couple of days and it works.

I'm pretty sure No one who has this problem will read this, but I'm just putting it out there. And I have no idea how to explain everyone's symptoms. Sorry.

Are you getting enough potassium? Lack of it can cause spasms. Good multiple vitamins can help. I always go homeopathic first. Plenty of water too.
As always, tell your doctor.
Good luck! 😍

I have odd pains. Every once in a while I have a huge diaphragm cramp. It is a #11 on the pain scale. My latest is pain in both of my upper arms. It really hurts just to pick up a load of laundry. This is such a crazy illness. No answers. I am glad to know that I am not alone.
