Does anyone know if fibro can effect fertility? I'm a bit worried that it may make it hard for me to conceive because of a lot of pelvic pain I've experienced.

I am affairs I don't know the answer to that question as I have had four children .however I think you should see a GP about your pelvic pain as it maybe related to your cycle x

Not sure how related they are. But I'm dealing with infertility as well. Working with a fertility doctor to try and overcome.
