Does anyone go to planet fitness, and if you do what is the best thing to do there that won't hurt me later?
Hi I think that everything we do we Hurt later so tell somebody that works in the gym you want a low impact kind of exercises and start little 15 minutes tops and go home and rest take a hot bath put a heating pad on or ice whichever is better for you start small little bit at a time....... have fun just don't overdo it!
Start with what you consider easy. Don't push. Slowly add a few mins each week. I combine swimming, low impact aerobics, and light weight training...small weights, more reps. Stretch daily, even if its just 5 mins.
