I find that too. I just lay in a pitch black room with earplugs and eye mask, and wait for my exhaustion to win so I can sleep to get some relief from the migraine 🙁

Yes definately!

My migraines last days and weeks now instead of one day and i get them far more frequently now. I used to have occaisional bout, now its most weeks.

Theyre also easily triggered now and come on more quickly.

Headaches are a daily occurance but I just try to block it out with the rest of my pain.

Hugs x

Third time this week, woke up, pain in the base of my neck. A lousy way to start my day. My eyes are blurry too. It's another rainy day were I am at today. Hope the afternoon it lifts.

I have a wonderful one right now due to the rain and cold. It isn't getting any better as the med I take for them is the same one I'm taking for my knee.
