I have been having issues lately with canker sores, muscle and nerve spasms, and whole body pain. My mother in law told me to take juice plus because it's natural. Has anyone else taken it? If not, do you know of any other natural remedies to take? Vitamins? Thanks in advance! :)

Hope this helps. Drinking always makes me feel worse but I still do it. i don't know why.

Methyl folate, a more available form of folic acid. B vitamins, esp B12. Magnesium, or a soak in epsom salts if supplement upsets your stomach. A good plant based multivitamin. Most of those gimicky health foods arent as helpful as a good well balanced diet
