Remember you are always #1, you cannot care for others unless you take care of yourself. Eat well and get some kind of exercise daily, outside is best but any works. Take time to spoil you, whatever causes you to feel better is great mental health treatment. Be honest and understanding of others confusion, no one can feel your pain or know the suffering if you keep it hidden. Through trial and error you will find what works best for you. Don't push your limits, fibro can be a bitch for payback. Visit anytime, we are here for you.

Although I've been diagnosed four years, I've only just begun accepting the fact I have this condition. Looking after yourself is the upmost important, eating properly, trying to get the right amount of sleep, set yourself goals, take each and everyday as it comes. Magnesium tablets I take, and I also put epson salts in my bath (magnesium) as that is supposed to help relax your muscles. One of the most important things I can tell you is that staying positive is key, it's the hardest thing to do but the most important. Always keep smiling X

Stop trying to b the person u USED to b. U need to learn to adapt to a new way of life, learn u limits, n try not to push yourself too hard when u dont have to, cuz u will end up paying for it.
Try to stay away from negativity n sttessfull situations, they aggrivate fibro symptoms.
Try to have a sense of humor, it helps when stuff keeps goin wrong.
U have to find ur OWN balance. Realize that what works for one, as far as meds or treatments, may not work for u, or what one may b able to do as far as activities, or work, might not b able to do. It will take some time to figure out so dont get too frustrated.
Being apart of a group like this helps tremendously.
