Good morning to all you beautiful people out there. I was wondering if anyone has experienced night sweats where you wake up wet. Your hair, chest and back is wet but it is not hot as it has been raining since yesterday? It is the first time I've experienced this..
Hope to hear from you soon. xxx

Members responded with great warmth to a question about waking up drenched in night sweats, with many sharing that this is a very common experience with fibromyalgia and not something to panic about. Several members offered practical tips including using a cooling pad under the pillow, keeping a fan nearby, sleeping with layered bedding, placing a bath sheet on the mattress, and keeping dry pajamas and electrolyte drinks close by. A recurring theme was that night sweats tend to come and go, often worsen during flares or exhausting weeks, and while frustrating, are simply part of living with fibro.

My menopause has lasted a flipping long time then! :D I have a cooling pad and it does help, although I find I have to turn it over regularly. I believe cooling pillows, which draw the warmth away, are available. It doesn't matter how cold it is outside, my bedroom window is open. I have layers on the bed that are folded back, so if I do get chilly I can draw a layer (or more) over me and then easily strip them back again. Hope you get a good night's rest soon. Healing Hugs
