Mine get incredibly sore with a flare up. I can't even stand to having something brush over them without it being painful

I get sharp burning pain in my breasts. I have seen my Dr and have had a mammogram all appears to be well but I do have quite large breasts so I wear a bra almost constantly. Alot of times when I free the girls it is quite shocking pain almost feels like they will drop right off my body

Yes, sometimes I do, but I think it's the muscles and I usually sleep on that side. So might be why?

Yes! I've decided it must be muscle pain. Plus the rib pain that comes with it.
