Botox treatment has help me a lot. It's expensive like hell but it works.
My face was sore for over 27 years from thigh muscles due to chronic pain.
First treatment when the doctor went to inject the needle and syringe both bounced and dropped to the floor.
People thought I had the Measles as swollen were the muscles right in front of my ears.
Trying it is adopting it.
If your living in Ontario Canada there is a medical program against migraines and after you are approved by the insurance you can get Botox treatments every 3 months and it's paid for, for the most part by insurance.
There is only the injections by the doctor that you have to pay for (about 160$) every 3 months.
Good luck .

I have a mouth guard made at dental office costing $500. I'm glad I have it because when I forget to wear it, my jaws hurt the next day. I find that my jaws are clenched much of the time. My whole body never seems to relax. So tired of it.

I get a lot of facial nerve pain too, which is more likely to happen in the cold weather 😒

I have had dentures on top since 2000 and on the bottom since 2012. For the past 3 years I can not wear them because the pressure of the plates on my gums brings tears to my eyes. When I am invited to a nice dining with my parents I have to use 3 different items to be able to wear my teeth for just an hour, then I have so much pain in my mouth for several days afterwards. Sorry you are having gum pain, but relieved to know I am not the only one. Thinking how much I use to smile all the time, now I don't, I hide behind my hand
