When I've been sat for over 5 mins I find it so long to walk, everywhere hurts, but the main pain is in my heels, the boney bit on the Base of my heel hurts so much I have to hold onto things to stop me putting my full weight on them.
Anyone else get this? Or is it just my weird body playing tricks again thanks x

Yes I get the same feet in general sore all over. When I originally went to Drs with this over 2 years ago they said it was plantar fasciitis. But that was obviously not correct. As I still have the same. I also have to walk downstairs leaning on the wall and dread if I need to go loo as the thought of going back upstairs is daunting. I have recently had a few accidents cause I can't get there quick enough.
Sorry I have some what the opposite if I am standing to long just standing if I do not sit down I will fall down.
When you are sitting have you tried soaking you feet or creaming them in with a good foot cream or do both before you stand up?
A few years ago I was really bad with plantar fascitis, basically all the soft tissues in the bottom of your feet inflamed. (ring any bells)? All I was given was exercises.
However I purchased some aerobic trainers (with the curved soles, it feels like you're rocking on them) I wore then all the time (usually in trainers, slippers, or low heeled boots anyway) but they actually cured it, if I get it again, I'll go straight back to using them again. Think I paid about £35 for then, but they were worth every penny.
Not sure it will help you all but I've had pain in the heel of my feet and someone suggested something that works for me. Get a rolling pin and roll your foot back and forward over the rolling pin (or something cylindrical the fits the middle of your foot). Apparently it releases the pressure or something on the ligaments (not sure entirely). It works at times for me and is worth a try. X
@A MyFibroTeam Member yes I get it then too, plus my fingers hurt to bend, I wear gloves at night sometimes to stop me scratching and thought that might help with the finger pain maybe they were cold and last night wore socks too, this morning exactly the same :( x
