Absolutely. Especially in my legs and arms. My left arm never let's up at all and us permanently in agony. The warmer it gets the less manageable the pain becomes. Cold winters and hot summers are hell, although the heat is worse. When it's hot every bone in my body feels like it's on fire and there's no escape.

Before being diagnosed with Fibro, I used to tell my GP my bones hurt. She sent me to see a rheumatologist who confirmed I had Fibro. When I told him my bones hurt he informed me that the muscles are attached to the bones which is why I was I felt this, but it is the muscles which cause the pain. Hope this helps.
