My RA also recommended aqua therapy but the problem is that like most of us with FMS comes financial restrictions due to not being able to work or work as much. So going to classes or joining a gym is not in the budget. But I can see how being in a pool (would have to be warm for me) would be very helpful.

Yes ! It helps the deep aching in my muscles. I usually do it on my days off as work days cause me too much fatigue . If you haven't done yoga before ,start slow and with beginner yoga. Amazon has great videos-5 day fit yoga by Gaiam is a great start!

I've heard that too. I think the goal is to keep our bodies moving.

I don't but my Rheumatologist recommended it. She recommends aqua therapy over all though. Even if it just means joining a relatively easy water aerobics class.

I do it when I can. my hands and wrists hurt so bad I can't support my weight sometimes, but it does help me when I can
