@MaricaClontz, the most pain I have is around my waist, hips down top of my legs, lower back and on top of my arms. I can't sit for any length of time at all that I'm not in excuriating pain. Standing doesn't bothere as much. It's so strange but I do get tired very easy.
I do believe I have arthritis settling in my hip area around waist had an bad sledding accident in 2009. Then, in 2010 is when my fibro pain started. But, I was also told I had a bulging disc in my lower back but they weren't going to work at it just yet cause it wasn't that bad quite yet. So this is probably what's causing my pain in the lower back.
I do have some herbal medicine that I take for pain that seems to lift the heavy edge of the pain for awhile though. It's called, Pain XL put out by Alive 2Vibrant nutraceuticals. Here's the phone # (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) Las Vegas,NV 89119. They also have another called, Instant Flex is helps with loosening ur muscles from being so stiff. If I didn't have this to take right now I really don't know what I would do. No insurance right now, so cant go see no specialist at this time. Hope this helps it's worth a try.

Yes! It started just after I had a laminectomy. I've been trying to find out why for 3 1/2 year's now. It was just the right side, but now it's starting in the left side too and now is including both hips. It is extremely difficult to walk very far and even harder yet to stand in one place. I have to hold onto a counter, table or chair to take the pressure off my right side. It makes me angry, because I can't do the things I want to do and cooking for my husband or guests was something that used to bring me joy, but now it's always pain and agony.
