PTSD wins if you don't get help from a psychologist. I was severely abused from 3 on, by family members, torture and sexual abuse and mental abuse. I am still dealing with it! I had intensive therapy for 5 years then quit, to expensive. Now I have had new issues come up, flash backs and memories, causes alot of physical Pain. If you try to barry it, It will come back and cause havoc in your life. Destress and get help now. Gentle hugs from a survivor of alot of things. Jesus chose you and me! Chose Him! He will save you. I believe I have PTSD I can give you an example... I was washing dishes and cut my finger and saw the blood I wasn't aware that I would feel woozy when I saw it and then off went my anxiety and panic. When I saw the blood and started getting woozy and having a anxiety/panic attack I went to the ER. My brain went back to when I had an ectopic pregnancy in the wall of my uterus. It ruptured and for 6 Hours while admitted in the hospital eventually when I passed out in the floor they realized I was bleeding internally and rushed me to surgery. Somehow the sight of blood and the panic I felt going to the hospital I started thinking maybe I lost a lot of blood and that something was happening. They tried to tell me otherwise but until I calmed down and they gave me valium did I realize how silly it was. My pain increased and so did my anxiety. It was awful. I feel for you. Prayers and best of luck
