Weather also affects me drastically. My coworkers use to come to me instead of the weather channel to ask if it was gonna rain. I can tell when there is a hurricane coming our way when its down the coast 1,200 miles away. The wind is a huge problem....causing headaches, dizziness, confusion and fatigue even more than normal. Extreme cold, damp and heat are difficult. If I could stay in a bubble at 85 degrees with 5% humidity life would be so much better.

Weather is the one thing that really contributes to my fibro flares! Changes in barometric pressure are hard to take. I feel like a human barometer. I can tell a day in advance what the weather is going to do. The higher, or lower the barometer goes, the more I ache!
