Yes as this is how I got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. One of the physicians gave me a 4 page list of foods to take away for a month and slowly incorporate the foods back into the diet to see what triggers the migraines. I found that gluten/wheat, MSG, red grapes, changes in the weather, cervical neck pain triggers the migraines and vertigo. I will try to find this list and see if I can post this. I also bought an item called IceKap that was on facebook which a lady who has chronic pain created this cap. It has slots in the cap to put ice packs in. When I get severe headaches or an oncoming migraine, I put this cap on and it relieves the pains.
I do. N if the doctor is right I've been getting them before fibro. I have read that headaches n migraines can be a symptom in some ppl with fibro.
But not all
Yes, I have both also. I am on numerous medications for the Fibro and migraines. Weather changes and stress are the worst. Day by day.
I started having Migraines at 11. I was diagnosed with Fibro after 3 car accidents in 2000. I am 65 and still have both. At the present time medication has gotten me to a place where I can more or less function. I can't do much but, I am okay.
