Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Cedarwood, Orange and Peppermint diffused together is my secret weapon for mood, energy, and focused calm.

Keep in mind that essential oils can be diluted at different rates. The special Cream that I use has 120 drops of Essential Oils per 2 ounces. So to get a therapeutic effect you may have to experiment to find what works best for use.

For Aromatherapy (Essential Oils) used in a diffuser, no carrier should be added. Carrier Oil should only be used when it is applied topically. Because I blend so much in mines, I use Shea butter, a luxury lotion with mango butter, and coconut lotion along with almond oil, apricot oil, and coconut oil.

Some oils like Peppermint and Frankincense don't need a carrier oil. Essential Oils are an amazing area of Spiritual Science to study. It is not very straight forward. I'm starting my own in home online business making custom essential blends while blogging about Essential Oils as a copywriter for affiliate marketing. Website is almost ready for content. I'm so excited!

Use a carrier oil such as coconut, sunflower or olive oil etc.. then add wintergreen, and spruce, then add any of these anti-inflammatory e.o. helichrysum, lavender, myrrh, patchouli, rosemary, rosewood or thyme. To make the blend add; 2 drops of cinnamon bark, 10 drops of eucalyptus, 10 drops of ginger, 6 drops of nutmeg, 10 drops peppermint and 3 drops of rosemary.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I would love to see and learn more of your recipes. I am in the middle of a book on EO plus I sell oils too. Excited to see someone else doing the same!
