Yes I've had it and it would only get better after not using it as much for months. It's hard because it helps with my pain but I lay down a lot and have been using it a lot more. My pain doctor and physical therapist even noticed it and told me to use it less. Sometimes it's the only thing I use for pain besides my pain meds. Good luck to you!

Yes I did last year when I was using a hot water bottle on my neck and shoulder. But I can use a heat pad on a lower setting without. I saw it on a programme once and they said if your not careful you can have permanent burns from it
