i could anyone helo me out, i was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia qhich the doc gave me tramadol fr as they havent worked for me i have just put on one of my partners butrans patches as he doesnt use them . The thing is i already take venlafaine each day and pregabalin and now worried if they have any interations . I usually take venlafaxine and pregag around 5pm so they hve been well taken but just put butrans patch on and a little worried x

You could talk to a Pharmacist. They know more about medications than Doctors do. Or, you could research on the internet for drug interactions.

I wouldn't tell your doctor you did that because it is a high class drug & he may refuse to treat you because that's illegal. A little worried for you that you did that because we don't know how drugs mix with other drugs- only your doctor knows everything about you & can determine how you alone may be affected ๐Ÿ’•

You shouldn't mix meds especially when it is not your medication. Any questions about medication should be addressed to a pharmacist as they know all about the interactions and concerns.

Thank you yeh i took it off after 5 mins as was starting to feel ill and breathing slightly off and saw severe side effects with venlafaxine eg. Death, coma so decided to rip it off x

Hi I take Tramadol. Paracetamol. Gabapentine. And have done for 7 years approx. For several years I also used the patches. The trouble is the long that you are on these meds especially Tramadol it doesn't seem to have the same effect. If I were you I would go along to your gp and ask him to refer you to a pain clinic.. Hope this helps x
