Yes...ankles, knees, and hips.
Everyday ! Tendon's too. They said i'm gettin old... HA I'm only 38 people ... Not 80 !
@A MyFibroTeam Member That's what I was thinking. A bit young for it at 18-19 years old though don't you think? It used to hurt like all hell too... and then sometimes not much but I think I just developed an incredible pain threshold and kept going... I was after all young, skinny but in great shape and with one hell of a constitution, I could walk all day on nothing... rarely even more than a small glass of water, even at the height of summer. In my mid teens I actually did the same treks over the Welsh mountains that they SAS did, with the same weight of equipment and rations (but without the rifle and ammo) I just never thought about hardship so much...because of and despite the fact I was lost and had been through trauma earlier in life. I didn't start to find or really know myself until after the millennium.
It actually took the doctor 5 years to acknowledge it was more than a muscle strain too...
I'm pretty sure there's been quite a lot of wear and tear in mainly my lower back but also several other joints. I'm due a bunch of x-rays and a whirl in the MRI soon so we'll find out for sure...
That could be bone on bone in your joints. That was why my knee was grinding and poping.
