Has Anyone Been Able To Find Effective Pain Relief Naturally Without Prescriptions?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I recently stopped taking all of my medications as I have HORRIBLE withdraws just from missing a single dose. I have tried just about every medication my specialist can think of and I am sick of being a human lab rat with constant side effects. Does anyone have any all natural things that have helped them with the pain, restlessness, and fatigue? I want to become pregnant someday and can't while I'm on those medications.

I hear you. It's one drug to another! I started a new supplement called Zyflamend whole body by New Chapter. Found it at the health store nd thought I'd try it. Has a lot of good things in it. Google it. Suppose to help with inflammation and pain. Only been on it a couple days but she said she does sell it to people with fibro. Time will tell.

I take magnesium citrate pills and they have decreased my pain. I had to start at one pill a day as it can cause loose stools. Always take with food. Now I take three 500 mg pills a day and it has decreased pain and gotten rid of my chronic constipation. I also take two probiotic pills as this has helped get rid of the nasty problem of yeast overgrowth which is quite common for people with fibro. I try supplements and gentle stretching throughout the day before I will turn to Rx for help. Rubbing magnesium oil on the really sore spots also helps reduce the pain for me. Hope this helps.

I've been using nerve supplements. It's slowly helping. Not as much as lyrics or gabapentin, but it doesn't have the side effects like those do.. it's a build up in your system type of thing so I'm hopeful that it helps a lot more in the very near future
