I take 600 three times a day, and 1200 at night. It didn't take long for my pain to keep breaking through. I am allowed another 600 on bad days, but after that I'm on valium. I was on Tramadol, but even that didn't help often. Many days in bed either way. I did gain weight, so now I am more conscious of my eating decisions and cravings. Xx
I'm on (600mg) 3x a day. That is what works best for me. I have also gained a lot of weight. Fibro makes it difficult to exercise with any consistency to make any difference to my weight gain.
I have to take the top dose, 600 mg tablets, x 6 per day. I take them 2 at a time every 6 hours.
These are the details you need from your doctor. As you can see, we all take different doses.
Not something to be decided without doctor's help, imo.
I'm on 600 at night Vimovo for inflammation and flexaril. The Vimovo (coated Aleve) and flexaril helped the most
I'm on 300 3xday
