Hi Gemma I am new to here myself. Are you taking any medication for your fibro? When I first starting taking Lyrica about 6 years ago I found that my memory and multi tasking skills got really bad I went back to the DR's with my concerns after I started taking it a bed time there was a significant improvement.
Yes I have memory loss to the point of being mid sentence & can't remember what I was trying to say. Very frustrating 🙁
It's fibro fog. Mine got so bad at one time that I asked the gp to let me do the standed dementia test. Thank goodness I was fine. Sometimes I don't talk for hours .Some times I'm chatting away and then iwill just loose what I was saying. Or I forget I word I need to use. Can be so embarrassing and frustrating.
I have the exacts of those.. Mine are said to come from fibro, vit d deficiency, L/4 L/5 bulging disks, and possibly CoQ10 levels. The only thing hasn't been checked is the CoQ10 as the doctor I had said she didn't see the need and want going to do it.
Yes, it is part of the symptoms of fibro as well as side effects from the pills
