Since we have gained an hour of sleep I'm up at 6:40am and exhausted by 6:00pm so bed time is at 7 laying there until 9before falling asleep back awake at 2:00am back sleep by 4:00am before I'm up at 6:40am for the day
The time change always drives me crazy and it takes 2 to 3 weeks to adjust. Pretty soon we will be at the shortest day of the year and then it goes the other way. So enjoy each and every day we have.
Yes I agree its dask here at 5:30 as well and my body says bed time so when I try and push through fatigue set in
It's dark here in Virginia at 5:30 and I want to sleep at 7 pm.....lol like the other change better
@A MyFibroTeam Member I have found out that the older I get both time changes kill me. I used to be able to sleep and looked forward to the extra hour. I'm sleeping ok now, although I have been waking up at 4 to 5 a.m. now I am pretty much able to go back ot sleep. It is dark here in Oklahoma by 5:30 now and my body says "OK it's time to go to bed" at about 6:30 ggggrrrr
Sounds familiar! I've been forced to take a mild antidepressant to help me sleep. I'm up at 7:30 and severely fatigued by 8 and fight to stay awake until the newes is over! Nighttime bathroom trips leave me restless and wanting to sleep but I lay there and over think everything!
