I have always struggled with weight ever since my health issues. I know the weight makes the pain worse and pain makes me gain weight being unable to exercise properly. I'm 21 years old, haven't had any children yet and pain with weight is a big reason I haven't had any children. Is weight loss surgery a good option.? Have any of you had weight loss surgery.? If so what was/I'd your experience like.
only as a last resort, you are never the same after. start exercising slowly...five minutes at a time, as many times a day as you can comfortably do. work your way up to 30 minutes. takes time to build back up. be patient, and consistent. after being almost completely bedridden, i started by walking to my mailbox and back and worked up from there.
That would be great! It's kind of yucky and you have to follow it exactly but it really works
I had the gastric Bypass in 08' before I was diagnosed with Fibro and taking all the medications. It worked wonderfully until I started taking all these meds and all the weight I lost seemed to creep its way back on. I'm thinking about the sleeve now since I know which meds put weight on. Good luck on your journey!
Hi! I am new to the group - in too much pain to even work on my profile right now. I had gained so much weight both because of meds and inactivity. Back in February, I asked my family doctor to let me try Belviq for weight loss - I have lost a total of 36 pounds since that time. Maybe it's worth a try for you as well?
I might look this up and try it with you
