@A MyFibroTeam Member I had that problem really bad, many years ago. What I used was eatable Yeast from the health food store. It isn't the greatest thing to eat but it really works. The crack at the corners of the lips is from a vitamin B deficiency , mine was caused by stress. The eatable Yeast gets the cracks healed faster than anything, sometimes in one day.

I had the splitting corners for years, was told by a doctor that it is called Angular Cheilitis, and is usually caused by a B2 or iron deficiency. I was advised to take a B multivitamin and to increase my iron intake either through diet or supplements. I haven't had this in a while now, it happens every so often and I jump back on the vitamins, as it tends to coincide with me getting rundown generally.

I'm with you on this, I try to exfoliate them each day when I brush my teeth.... But the corners still split if I yawn before I put and creams on etc ...
Matte lipsticks are horrid as they actually hurt :(
The ones I find do work are the little tins of lip cream that Nivea do, currently using the blueberry flavoured one and applied liberally with a clean finger it does soak in x

Thanks everyone for your input...I went and got some B multivitamin this afternoon and did put the coconut oil on my lips as well...hopefully these things will work!! ;)
