Since starting this medication, almost a week ago, I have experienced a sore mouth. Today it's very sore along the roof of my mouth and my lips feel a little bit dry and puffy. Is this a normal side effect that will go of it's own accord, or something not associated with Gabapentin (or fibro) at all? Thanks x
I hated gabapentin they had me take such a high does. I know lyrica is not generic yet, but if you have insurance it is worth the money.

A sore mouth, white spots or sore throat are side effects of your gabapentin that should be discussed asap with your MD.
I have not experienced that at all. Sorry you have a sore mouth.
I take gabapentin and never had that problem so not sure what this is from. But I usually have unusual side effects, not the common ones.
