Sleeping w/ lots of covers, window open??/
I hate to be too hot day or night and I seem to have no control over my body temperature at all. I either seem to be up at boiling point or way down at freezing point but more often than not it is high.
I sleep with a summer weight quilt on the bed, the windows open and my legs are in and out of the quilt all night.
I get burning in my legs so I pull them from under the covers and wait till they cool, then put them back in for a while. However I do sometimes nod off and wake up about an hour later with my legs covered in sweat and freezing cold.
I get hot when it is 75 but , I cannot have a fan on my skin , always have to have a light cover over my joints and muscles
When I sleep I have to have a fan moving the air over me or I get too hot (Even if it's cold). My lungs HAVE to have the thermostat at no more than 72 at night. If it's higher then that I'll cough all night long and wake up to an asthma attack every morning. When I get out of bed, however, I'm freezing and go into the bathroom, shut the door and turn the little space heater on that I have in there.
During the day I like it no cooler then 76 degrees. Heat doesn't bother me other then the sweating but when it's cold sometimes I CAN NOT put on enough clothes to keep me warm and still be comfortable. I'd rather sweat then freeze cause cold makes my muscles too tight and that makes it hurt to move.
I sleep with an electric throw and a heating pad but if I get too warm I'll take it off. One thing I do of the winter is use my electric throw in the car by getting a converter for the electric. The warmth makes my bones, muscles and skin not hurt as bad along with topical rubs.
Mid warm to very warn not cold or hot is best for me.
