Does anyone else just feel like crying sometimes? No real reason just get sad and want to cry. I guess there is a reason, not able to live my life like i want to and like I once did.

I am not a cryer, sometimes I wish that I were. We have been preparing for company that will come today and I have pushed, pushed, and pushed myself some more. Well last night I just started crying (not a lot), but was just whimpering for no apparent reason. I think my body was just worn out and that's how it came out. Better today, need to clean my house!!! Will take a nap this afternoon though.
My emotions are often right under my skin and it takes very little for a burst of tears, but the Rheumi tells me it goes with the fatigue and continue pain that wears on your nerves, so I try to take that into account, but sometimes I have to just sit down and have a good ole cry!!!
Hell yeah! But I challenge anyone to step foot in our shoes for 1 day and not want to cry. Gentle hugs x
I have a hard time crying, but I have cried since being diagnosed. Sometimes the fatigue is so bad that I am overwhelmed with tears. Other times it is the pain. I think that crying is a good thing!
I want to cry sometimes, but I don't because I know that it will give me a headache, and that is the last thing I need. So instead, I meditate. In with the calming beautiful blue waves, out with the ugly bulbous red pain. Get centered in the moment and let the pain go.
