RLS is pure torture. It actually hurts to keep my legs still. Always hits at night if it's gonna get me that day. I was just wondering, didn't see it mentioned in any comments.

I found out I had RLS when I had a sleep study done. Since I use a CPAP machine now, no more RLS!

I also suffer from rls. It gets bad. My dr told me that when ur iron levels drop it makes it worse. Found out I have iron deficiency anemia. I go for iron infusion therapy and it helps along with ambien. U might want to have the dr check ur iron.
I have recently started with what i think is rls. I cant seem to get comfortable at night. I have tried sitting up until I am falling asleep and then go to bed but cant get the legs comfortable. 30 seconds per position is what i get. its terrible. i am almost afraid to tell my pcp. he is an old fart and seems to just push things aside and never seems to answer my questions anymore. and would probably just add another pill to the pile i already take.
