A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Is there anything you all do that helps your migraine or headaches.? I feel like these migraines are taking over my life.

Just like @A MyFibroTeam Member I take Sumatriptan when my migraines get really bad. I also take a daily dose of Imipramine (Tofranil) every night. I take 3x25mg pills. Since I started taking the Imiprimine my migraines have gone from daily to about once a month. I've also noticed that ice packs on the top of my head and across my neck helps as well. Someone else I know uses a heating pad and it helps her.

I have chronic migraines and take Topiramate (generic for Topamax) daily at night for migraine/headache prevention and it really is a lifesaver. I still get migraines, but it's only a couple of times a month (if that) versus daily like before. When a migraine comes on, I take Sumatriptan.
