On the National Fibromyalgia Awareness website they are using a burgandy color now to represent fibro instead of purple as a way to distinguish our disease from ones like Lupus and RA. I think it's a good idea. Does anyone else have an opinion?

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I just looked it up it is not Burgundy, the correct color name is Cranberry which is not as deep but more vibrant and richer that for Fibromyalgia. Orange is for MS, Hunger Awareness, and Leukemia.
Burgundy is for Disabled Adults, Headaches, Hospice Care, Menigites and Sickle Cell Anemia. Right now the new color for recognized chronic diseases Cranberry is for Fibromyalgia alone now other disease has that color. Just wanted to clear that up.
So I drew a burgandy ribbon with a thin line of purple around it. Really pretty. Maybe a future tattoo

I label my days in my diary with colours, this helps me find triggers. It's important to keep a diary and try and log your daily activities plus diet also use a colour chart to represent how you felt each day.
Oh, cranberry red is even better!! RED is my FAVE color!!
Sorry for the wrong color name folks. But we won't have any trouble with Christmas that's true. My wrist size is 6 in LOL
