Ok hang on everyone before you start stressing out over something you need not let's face reality first, humans lose naturally between 40 - 120 a day .... So to fill a hair brush or a hand full isn't anything in the grand scheme of things x
Please my fibro fighters don't panic it's natural x

Yes I had really bad hair loss but found out it was my thyroid. I highly recommend getting your thyroid levels tested.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I totally get where you're coming from .... You take a shower and you've clogged the drain and there are even hairs in your butt crack .... You step out of the bath and you squeeze as much water out as you can by holding it at the nape of the neck and pulling the water down and you've got a sizeable amount of hair there again ... Your putting oil on your skin so you don't dry out and there are stray hairs gucking everywhere despite it being wrapped in a towel .... So now you've found them all ,... Out of your arse from under your boobs stuck to your arms .. Everywhere and you get dressed and it's time to brush your hair ... You spray on de tangled and leave in conditioner and work your way up from the bottom but when you're done the brush is covered it's been mummified by hair!!!! So you clean that off .... Then it's do you dare dry it and risk loosing a hundred more or just plait it and leave it alone ....
9/10 it's in a bun on my head ,.... I should be bald by now the amount of hair I loose it's no joke ... I really DO understand clumps x x
But there are well being vitamins that help to boost nail and hair growth and glow the skin .... Gives you the right body a woman's body needs unlike a mans xx

Daily habits or dying hair we often think since we have done them so it couldn't be the reason for hair loss but it definitely does not help. Many none toxic hair dyes on the market now, so its better use them if you color your hair. Besides things i mentioned in earlier answer you can also use an oil (moska) great for hair growth and works fast. Castor oil, coconut oil these are great as well but you have to stop putting chemicals in your hair, hair dye, shampoo, conditioner.

My hair was falling out really bad (handfuls at a time). I finally did 2 things: 1) Began taking biotin, which is good for the hair, skin, and nails. Takes about 3 months to notice a difference. 2) Cut my hair really short and stopped coloring it. Not coloring helps so much. I had been doing that for decades! Wonder I had any hair or scalp left! Hope this helps! Gentle Hugs!
