Members enthusiastically confirmed that itchy skin and scalp are common experiences, with many noting the itching intensifies at night and often affects their arms, legs, and scalp. Several members shared practical relief strategies including antihistamines, hydrocortisone cream, salicylic acid face wash, Head and Shoulders shampoo, coconut-based products, apple cider vinegar rinses, Eucerin lotion, and drinking plenty of water, with some noting their itching may be triggered by medications like Lyrica. A recurring theme was that finding what works is highly personal and requires patience, and members acknowledged possible underlying causes including nerve sensitivity, dry skin, medication side effects, thyroid issues, and low vitamin D.

Oh yes hun that's a symptom, also your thyroid and low vitamin D I think will cause your skin to itch. I use Dove soap and I try so hard to drink plenty of water. I also have eczema so I use hydrocortisone cream

I had that this morning, my head itched and forehead burned. I washed my hair and rinsed with apple cider vinegar, this helps the itch and put cortisone cream on my forehead.
