Does anyone else bite there tongue while sleeping? My tongue hurts so bad.

I broke 4 back teeth grinding them in my sleep. Now, I wear a night guard. I take naps (don't we all with fibro) and sometimes I will bite my tongue in my sleep because I didn't put in my night guard.
It hurts and wakes me right up! I am sorry for you because it happens to me too.

Yes. I had to go to the dentist and have a mouth guard made. Blessings.

Grinding teeth at night is a common symptom. You might try an over the counter guard before investing in an expensive one from dentist. Look on toothpaste isle.
