I have been advised that magnets are very effective in treating pain. I know nothing about them and there are so many different kinds advertised on the internet, I don't know where to start.
Preferably, I would like to hear from someone who has used them to treat widespread pain, where they purchased them, the average price and how effective the treatment was. I would also like to hear from anyone has tried them and did not have any success or had negative experiences.

Yes. Fibro pain I tried it for, I purchased it from a locally run Drug Store (It's actually called "Corner Drug" ... how little town can that be??? lol). It was around 2006 I think, and they were "into" selling a bunch of magnetic type objects because they had heard that it helped with pain. They did not have something I could put on my elbows (inside) so the pharmacist said the closest would be wrist. Since I was having finger spasms also, I figured it might help with that (that was also Fibro pain). It just didn't do the job.
Was it fibro pain that you tried the bracelet for? Where did you purchase it from?
