Have any of you tried juicing and did it help the pain? I would like to do it, but it will cost about $500 a month with organic vegetables. I'm not talking about buying juice due to too much sugar.
I do have a homemade vegetable juice now and than and I enjoy it and if it goes too many days I miss it.
I have tried eliminating most sugar, eat more fruits and veggies. I think it has helped pain, but not brain fog ot fatigue. I'm at a place where I feel depression may be worse than fm symptoms.
Check out the Whal diet. Lots of good stuff there. I'm pursuing a paleo diet. I have a juicer and found it messy and expensive. Pretty yummy though.
I have got energy from drinking drinks I have prepared in my juicer. My favouite one is Pineapple, mango, orange, two carrots and half a lime. All of them are peeled. Sometimes I think it's too much for me I seem to feel hot like it's too much for me. I don't drink it a lot. Not sure if just vegetable drinks would be good.
The whal diet isn't about weight loss. The doctor who wrote the book did it to heal MS. There has been good research about reversing effects of disease. It's based on a paleo lifestyle.

I'm not looking for weight loss diet, because I eat a lot of salad, vegetables and some fruit.
