Have any of you tried juicing and did it help the pain? I would like to do it, but it will cost about $500 a month with organic vegetables. I'm not talking about buying juice due to too much sugar.
I do have a homemade vegetable juice now and than and I enjoy it and if it goes too many days I miss it.

Members shared mixed experiences with juicing for fibromyalgia pain management, with some finding it energizing while others found it too messy and expensive to sustain on a limited income, particularly when choosing organic produce. Several members offered alternative approaches that worked better for them, including drinking lots of water, herbal teas, and exploring the Wahls Protocol diet (an anti-inflammatory paleo approach designed to address autoimmune conditions like MS). A recurring theme was the financial challenge of maintaining healthy eating habits while living on disability income, along with the ongoing search for affordable strategies to reduce pain, fatigue, and brain fog.

I have tried eliminating most sugar, eat more fruits and veggies. I think it has helped pain, but not brain fog ot fatigue. I'm at a place where I feel depression may be worse than fm symptoms.

Check out the Whal diet. Lots of good stuff there. I'm pursuing a paleo diet. I have a juicer and found it messy and expensive. Pretty yummy though.

I have got energy from drinking drinks I have prepared in my juicer. My favouite one is Pineapple, mango, orange, two carrots and half a lime. All of them are peeled. Sometimes I think it's too much for me I seem to feel hot like it's too much for me. I don't drink it a lot. Not sure if just vegetable drinks would be good.

The whal diet isn't about weight loss. The doctor who wrote the book did it to heal MS. There has been good research about reversing effects of disease. It's based on a paleo lifestyle.

I'm not looking for weight loss diet, because I eat a lot of salad, vegetables and some fruit.
