Pain Travel..
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Been going to chiropractor and it has helped me tremendously releases a lot of tight spots in my upper body. However, I have pain I would describe as 'charley horses' in my leg. I never had this MUCH pain in my legs until the pain started releasing in my upper body. Is it possible for pain or our Fibromyalgia to travel??

I can only speak for myself, but I believe fibro is a very advanced traveler, with numerous pushpins on the body's map. At times my pain is in one or two places and then other times it's every joint and muscle. (changing throughout the day even) All sounds normal for fibro symptoms to me. Take care and I wish you well!

My pain is constant on a low level all the time and high level pain in various spots. It can change from day to day. Hang in,

You never know how you will be the next day or hour. I have constant pain and it moves and spreads.

Lis,
I get cramps in my toes & feet. Very badly, I think it is all related to fibro.

Also get a feeling someone is poking me with a pin,in various parts of my body, very odd, does anyone else get that? Pain travels about but mine is mainly in my legs, hips and back plus headaches too. Oh Happy days!!
