On Facebook are new titanium ear plugs ... They literally stop noise, choice of colours too they are meant to help people to stop hearing partners snoring and club music so I'm thinking this could be your saviour so to speak x
Ive been using essential oils, LDN, vitamin B12, primrose oil, beetroot, tens for the local pain, acupuncture pen, no coffe, less sugar, eating more vegetables, but the oils are helping me a lot with my sleep issues and also with the panic and anxiety. I noticed that the less medicines I take, the better I feel. It's a long process to discover what works better, I think is very personal. I also do yoga and meditation to calm my mind. When I feel really bad I try to think that tomorrow is another day and the chances to be a better day are really high. I hope I could help you. Hugs.
I can't take loud noise or a lot of noise like in a restaurant. N at night I have a noise maker that is loud enough that I can't hear anything else.
