I started 6 years and 2 months ago. I ran out one weekend and before the weekend was over, my pain was back in full force.
1200 mg of malic morning and night, but build up to that 1200 mg slowly. The day you increase the dose you will get a red face and hot flash, but its over after that day.

Malic acid comes from apples. It is natural. Your body needs malic acid because it becomes the sheathing on your nerve endings. Without it, fibro patients nerves are easily zapped and everything hurts more than for a person without fibro.

Magnesium I take because of heavy bleeds, heart palpitations, and muscle cramps. I take 400mg of it.
