On your iPhone on the left hand top corner there are three lines tap on this and it gives you more options, hope this helps 👍x

Yes. I touch the cloud and it says in the drop down someone commented on my story. I touch that box and my story pops up but not their comment. I've touched ever icon I can see and nothing shows me the comment. And that notification stays unread. I feel really stupid. I am technologically challenged but this is a bit much:) I usually figure it out by now.
